— Development, updating and monitoring of the implementation of the University's global Development Strategy

— Organizational design management: Analysis of the current organizational structure and its adaptation to new strategic challenges

— Organization and full support of the processes of national and international institutional and specialized (program) accreditation of academic programs

— Comprehensive assessment of the quality of educational services: Conducting internal audits, questionnaires and measuring the level of satisfaction of students, teachers and partner employers

— Audit, reengineering and participation in the automation of internal processes to eliminate bureaucratic barriers and increase the speed of departments

— Development, standardization and updating of internal regulatory documentation (provisions, regulations, policies, job descriptions)

— Collection and consolidation of analytical data in all areas of activity for making informed management decisions

— Broadcasting the mission and strategic goals of the University to all staff levels.
