Digital Transformation of Education: New Opportunities for Students and Teachers.
Chairman of the Board - Rector of IITU Isakhov A. Asylbek made a working visit as a member of the Kazakh delegation to China, organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The delegation had an important meeting with Vice President of Huawei Li Junfeng and General Director of Huawei Kazakhstan Max Zhao.
One of the key results was the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Huawei Technologies Kazakhstan. This document opens new opportunities for Kazakhstani universities, including IITU.
Under the Memorandum, by 2025, it is planned to implement pilot projects of smart classes that will provide students with internships at Huawei, participation in international competitions, and preparation for the requirements of the digital economy. The company also intends to organize job fairs for graduates, which will help them successfully integrate into the professional environment.
IITU plans to expand the range of cooperation with Huawei, including the introduction of innovative solutions such as Smart Classroom and cloud platforms, which will modernize the learning process and improve the quality of education.
Cooperation with Huawei is an important step in implementing the government's digitalization strategy and strengthening Kazakhstan's position in the digital economy. MUIT's participation in these large-scale initiatives contributes to the training of a new generation of specialists ready for the challenges of the future.
