17 UN Sustainable Development Goals

Center for Sustainable Development Goals Integration

The Center coordinates IITU's work across the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals: embedding sustainability and ESG principles into education, research, and campus life, engaging students and staff in environmental initiatives, and developing partnerships.

The Center has developed the University's Climate Action Plan for 2026–2030 and the Strategy on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and is responsible for monitoring their implementation and reporting.

IITU aims to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040.
