Individuals who score at least 75 points on the entrance exam are enrolled on a competitive basis.

Enrollment is carried out based on an international certificate confirming proficiency in a foreign language in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, and based on the results of the entrance exam in the profile of the doctoral educational program group—with a score of at least 75 out of 100 possible points.
