GOAL
Project Goal
To create a scientific and technical base for the digital transformation of the national economy in order to ensure the effective use of national resources for developing the country's industrial and ICT potential.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Abstract
The digital transformation of the country's economic business processes is a broad problem; it is neither a one-time process nor a local one. Therefore, the research area should be narrowed and the complexity of the research tasks reduced, i.e. an incremental-iterative approach should be applied to developing a platform for the digital transformation of national economy business processes. For this reason, the project takes logistics business processes as its focus. The object of the research is the digital transformation of business processes, and the subject is the development of a platform that supports the automation of logistics business processes.
Scientific Novelty
In the development of mathematical support and software for computers, computing complexes and computer networks, one of the most important tasks is the creation and maintenance of software for various purposes, including software for organizing interaction between programs and software systems. One line of research in this area is the study of the service-oriented approach and web services technology as applied to building loosely coupled systems that ensure interaction between information systems on a single platform. Therefore, the novelty of the research lies in developing methods and algorithms that improve the efficiency of software by integrating web services at the data level.
Area of Application
The target consumers of the results are the logistics sector of Kazakhstan's economy.
RESULTS
Scientific Achievements
The objectives of developing a digital logistics platform were defined, and an analytical review of platforms for automating logistics business processes was carried out. The structure and architecture of the platform were defined to support the creation of logistics business process automation systems more effectively. Given the wide variety of logistics processes, it was decided that it would be more expedient to build the platform for different instances of the problem domain. A system development methodology covering all stages of the process was proposed; it combines well-known methods used in system development processes and technologies. At the final stage of the project, systems were integrated at the data level, at the web services level (based on orchestration and choreography) and at the software level.
Data and report visualization was carried out. OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) technology — multidimensional online data processing using a multidimensional data model — was used to visualize logistics data. Based on the project results, 25 articles were published, including 17 articles indexed in Web of Science and Scopus and 8 articles in journals recommended by the CQASHE of the MES RK, as well as 2 textbooks and workbooks; 5 certificates of testing, approbation and implementation were obtained.
