International Information Technology University took part in the international conference “ALLVET Project: transfer of the Bologna Process principles and the competence-based approach to the TVET system through an effective alliance of higher and vocational education”.

Yevgeniya Daineko, Vice-Rector for Research and International Affairs of IITU, delivered a welcoming speech on behalf of the university.

Gulnara Zakirova, Associate Professor at IITU, gave a presentation on the progress of the ALLVET project at IITU.

Topics in focus: preparing a methodological strategy for generating knowledge and transferring it to colleges; the value of the project — new knowledge, professional development and, above all, new international contacts and partnerships. Due to the pandemic, the new online format of the project was also actively discussed: virtualisation of processes and the keys to productive work — motivation, clear communication and information management.

Daniela Milošević, grant holder and ALLVET project coordinator, gave a welcoming speech; Irina Mayevskaya, Head of the International Education Department of Don State Technical University, delivered a substantive report on promoting the project results.

The conference was informative: every university shared valuable information, and common topics for future work were identified.
