The purpose of the conference: Development of research potential among the younger generation of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Within the framework of the conference, it is planned to discuss various aspects of achievements and innovations in the field of modern information technologies.

The conference consists of the following sections:

Students, master's students, doctoral students, and young researchers under 35 from all universities may take part in the conference.

To participate in the conference, you must by 10 March 2020 register on the conference website https://www.iitu.kz, and abstracts of reports and a recommendation from the research supervisor for publication must be sent by 10 March 2020 (inclusive) to the responsible persons for the sections.
Within 3 working days after receiving the materials, the author is sent a notification by e-mail about the receipt of the materials, and within 10 working days – a notification about the results of their review.
There is no registration fee for participation in the conference. Expenses related to participation in the conference (travel, accommodation, meals, postal expenses) are covered by the participants themselves.

ATTENTION!
If within the above deadlines you have not received confirmation of receipt of the electronic materials and of the results of their review, you MUST contact the conference organizers by e-mail! Otherwise, claims for the inclusion of materials in the collection will not be accepted.

Requirements for the formatting of report abstracts:

• Length up to 3 pages
• Microsoft Word program
• Page parameters: top margin - 2 cm, bottom margin - 2 cm, left - 3 cm, right 1.5 cm.
• Times New Roman font, font size – 12 pt
• Single line spacing; paragraph indent - 1 cm; portrait orientation; without headers/footers and page numbering; text justified;
• Abstracts must contain research results (graphs, tables, or photographs)
• The file with the report abstract must be named after the surname (Sultanov-t.doc).

Recommendation of the research supervisor, certified by the organization's seal (attached as a separate file).

Examples of the formatting of report abstracts and of the supervisor's recommendation can be downloaded on the conference website.

The conference organizing committee reserves the right to reject reports submitted outside the main areas of the conference and to not publish abstracts that do not meet the above requirements. The organizing committee does not intend to edit the text of the abstracts.

Materials submitted after the specified deadline or formatted not in accordance with the requirements are not considered and are not returned.

Conference materials will be published after the conference in the journal «International Journal of Information and Communication Technologies» of JSC IITU.
