• Application on a standard form (issued by the admission committee)
• A copy of the identity document;
• The original document of education, when submitting documents to the admissions committee;
• A document confirming employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the exception of foreign citizens;
• Resume (CV);
• An electronic certificate confirming proficiency in a foreign language (see below);
• Six photos measuring 3x4 centimeters;
• A medical certificate in the form 075/y;
• A personal personnel record sheet and a document confirming employment (a copy of the employment record, certified by the personnel service at the place of work);
• A list of scientific publications for the last 3 calendar years, a research plan (if available).
