Otbasy Bank JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) expresses its respect and appreciation for your activities in the field of education.
On November 16, the President signed a law on the accrual of funds to children from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Thus, on January 1, 2024, the program "National Fund for Children" was launched.
According to this program, 50% of the annual investment income of the National Fund will be directed to the target savings accounts of Kazakhstani children until they reach the age of 18. These funds will be available for use by program participants for two purposes: improving housing conditions and paying for education. The Bank is an authorized operator for opening special accounts for children over the age of 18 in order to use the funds accrued by the National Fund.
The Bank has also become a participant in the State educational Savings (GONS) and represents the educational savings deposit "AQYL". The purpose of the AQYL deposit is to accumulate funds for education for both your children and yourself. With its help, it will be possible to pay for education in Kazakhstani or foreign educational institutions.
Aqyl's contribution will allow our clients to receive up to 12% per annum in the form of remuneration from the Bank, as well as up to 7% of the state premium for dream education. This deposit is intended to help families provide a financial base for their children's education and future.
It is impossible to overestimate the fundamental importance of education in the formation of young citizens of Kazakhstan and the significant impact on the country's economy in terms of the formation of professional pears and the growth of the welfare of the population in the future. In this regard, we hope to assist the bank in implementing this social and strategically important program by providing maximum information coverage to the target group through:
- Posting information on internal and external websites, official social media accounts and television screens of secondary and higher education institutions;
- Opportunities for the Bank to hold meetings and presentations in educational institutions.
The key to the successful implementation of the order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tokayev Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich will be to inform the units subordinate to you on the implementation of the above points.
This information will contribute to a wider familiarization of parents and students with the benefits of the program, and most importantly, it will provide an opportunity for many Kazakhstani children to receive education thanks to the advance information of their parents on such an important issue.
