APPLICATIONS FOR ADMISSION to the MASTER'S PROGRAM of JSC «IITU» for the 2021-2022 academic year for participation in Comprehensive Testing are accepted ONLINE through the website app.testcenter.kz from June 18 to July 15, 2021.

TERMS OF STUDY IN THE MASTER'S PROGRAM OF JSC «IITU»
Persons who have mastered the educational programs of higher education (bachelor's degree) are accepted to the master's program.
Destinations:
Scientific and pedagogical: the academic term is – 2 years (the previous level of education is a bachelor's degree or higher special education without work experience);
Specialized training: the academic term is – 1 year, on a paid contract basis.
Education form: full-time.
Language of tuition: English, English-Russian.
Academic degree: Master of Science MSc (in the corresponding direction).
Stage 1: ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
Applications for participation in the Comprehensive Testing (hereinafter – CT) for admission to the master's program are accepted from June 18 to July 15, 2021.
Admission of persons to the master's program is carried out on a competitive basis based on the results of CT testcenter.kz.
This year, applicants apply ONLINE through the website of the National Testing Center (NTC) app.testcenter.kz.
Payment is made in the application system after the incoming person fills in their data. The cost of participation in the CT is 8292 tenge.

Stage 2: ENTRANCE EXAMS
Comprehensive testing (Entrance exams) for the master's program are held from July 20 to August 10 of this year.
CT is carried out by the National Testing Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the CT points determined by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
- they are admitted to the master's program based on the results of CT;
- according to the results of CT, a certificate is issued;
- retaking CT scans in the year of their delivery is not allowed.
The procedure for conducting complex testing:
Persons entering the master's program pass:With Kazakh or Russian language :
- foreign language test (optional: English, German or French);
- test to determine readiness for training (optional: Kazakh or Russian);
- test according to the profile of a group of educational programs (optional: Kazakh or Russian).

Stage 3: ENROLLMENT
ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION FOR THE AWARD OF AN EDUCATIONAL GRANT FOR POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION WITH THE AWARD OF A «MASTER'S DEGREE»
Applications for participation in the competition are accepted until August 20 of this year.
The competition for the award of an educational grant of the Master's degree takes into account the points of CT results for the profile of a group of educational programs, a foreign language, and the determination of readiness for training. In the case of identical indicators of CT results, the persons who have a high score on the test results for the profile of a group of educational programs receive the preferential right, then the results of the test for determining readiness for training are taken into account, then the results of the test in a foreign language, and then – GPA (Grade Point Average) in the appendix to the diploma (previous level of education) and work experience.

ADMISSION UNDER THE STATE EDUCATIONAL GRANT
Persons who have scored the highest points on CT are enrolled for training under the state educational order on a competitive basis:
- for scientific and pedagogical master's degree with Kazakh or Russian language of instruction-at least 75 points.
ENROLLMENT FOR TRAINING IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS THAT IMPLEMENT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS OF POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION
Enrollment of persons in the master's program is carried out according to the results of CT in accordance with the Scale of the 150-point assessment system for CT in the master's program with Kazakh or Russian language of instruction: at least 75 points, including in a foreign language – at least 25 points, according to the profile of a group of educational programs: with the choice of one correct answer – at least 7 points, with the choice of one or more correct answers – at least 7 points, according to the test for determining readiness for training – at least 7 points.
Enrollment of persons in the master's program on a paid basis is carried out according to the results of CT in accordance with the Scale of the 150-point assessment system for CT in the master's program with Kazakh or Russian language of instruction at least 50 points, while in a foreign language – at least 25 points, according to the profile of a group of educational programs: with the choice of one correct answer – at least 7 points, with the choice of one or more correct answers – at least 7 points, according to the test for determining readiness for training – at least 7 points.
Enrollment is until August 28, 2021.
PREREQUISITE PROGRAMS FOR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
When entering the master's program, if the profile of the master's educational program does not match with the educational program of higher education, the prerequisites for mastering are set for the master's student. Applicants are allowed to master them on a paid basis after passing the entrance exams. The programs of prerequisites for master's degree educational programs are developed with the corresponding departments.
