Meeting on Influenza and ARVI Prevention

As part of the educational event “Influenza and ARVI: Prevention Methods,” a meeting was held with speaker Perizat Omirali Omiralikyzy, a representative of Qamqor Clinic Almaty.

During the event, participants discussed current issues related to the prevention of influenza and acute respiratory viral infections. The speaker explained the main ways to protect against seasonal illnesses and emphasized the importance of taking timely preventive measures and paying close attention to one’s health.

Special attention was given to healthy daily habits that help strengthen the immune system and reduce the risk of spreading infections. Students also received practical recommendations on maintaining their health during periods of increased seasonal illness and had the opportunity to ask questions.
