On June 22-23, a series of trainings was held for teachers of colleges and universities on the Zoom platform from members of the Allvet team of the Kazakhstan Consortium on the implementation of the principles of the Bologna process and the competence approach in the VET system. The vice-rector for International and Scientific Activities of the MUIT Daineko E. A. Mukhanova G. and Zakirova G. D. made an introductory speech about the importance of the project for professional education. They told the representatives of colleges and universities about the advantages of the competence-based approach in teaching and the specifics of the principles of the Bologna process, its differences from the principles of the Turin process. Representatives of such colleges as the College of the International Academy of Business, the Almaty Automobile Mechanics College, the Central Asian Technical and Economic College, the Polytechnic College, took an active part in the discussions and showed their readiness to complete a full course of training on the principles of implementing a competence-based approach to the educational process.
