The head of the department must have higher (or postgraduate) education, have a degree and work experience in teaching or managerial positions for at least 5 years in teaching positions, have a certificate (certificate) of completion of advanced training courses in management in education.

Filling a position during the maternity leave of the main employee

Candidates wishing to participate in the competition provide the following documents:

1. A free-form application addressed to the Chairman of the Board-Rector;
2. Resume;
3. Identification card (copy)
4. Copies of diplomas of higher and postgraduate education, academic and academic degrees, certificates of academic rank;
5. List of scientific papers and inventions;
6. A copy of the certificate confirming knowledge of the English language;
7. Letter of recommendation (if necessary);
8. Certificate on the presence or absence of information on the accounts of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the commission of a criminal offense by a person;
9. The certificate of the narcological organization stating that the participant of the competition is not registered;
10. A certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization stating that the participant of the competition is not registered;
