Your Opportunity to Know Yourself and Become Better

From November 26 to 29, the university hosted Psychology Week under the slogan "Your Opportunity to Know Yourself and Become Better." The main goal of the event was to increase students' interest in self-awareness, develop communication skills, and strengthen psychological well-being.
The week featured the following activities:
- Lectures and workshops on emotion management, stress resilience, and empathy development.
- Psychological training sessions focused on self-reflection and teamwork skills.
- Thematic quests where students practiced communication techniques and conflict resolution strategies.
- Open consultations with psychologists, which attracted great interest and provided students with qualified support.
Both students and university faculty actively participated in the event. Participants highlighted the high practical value of the activities and expressed a desire for similar initiatives to be held more frequently.
Psychology Week became an important step in promoting psychological knowledge and creating a supportive environment for personal growth at the university.
