On February 6, 2025, JSC IITU hosted a significant event dedicated to discussing legal and informational measures in the fight against ludomania and drug addiction. The meeting brought together students, experts and representatives of human rights organizations to share knowledge and establish professional contacts.

Among the invited speakers were:

• Ulbara Akmatovna Dzhirembaeva is the president of the Republican Public Association "Union of Lawyers and Mediators "Man and Law".
• Kalimoldin Marat Mautenovich is the President of the Parasatty Urpak Usin Public Foundation.
• Nurulla Zeynullaevich Abdaliev is an expert of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on combating drug trafficking.
• Fyodor Sergeevich Nazarov is a specialist in chemical and non–chemical dependencies.

The purpose of the event was to develop a dialogue between students and professionals, discuss topical issues of legislation and addiction prevention, as well as form new professional contacts. During the meeting, the participants were able to ask questions to experts, learn about innovations in the human rights sphere and exchange opinions.
