The Department of Scientific Personnel Training is a structural division of «International University of Information Technologies» JSC.

- Organization and planning together with the management of the departments of admission and training of doctoral and master's students in all areas and specialties of the University.

- Coordination and control of scientific work of departments for the training of PhD and master students including control of the development and implementation of scientific and educational programs by departments for these levels and stages of training of specialists.

• Organization of introduction of new innovative training technologies, experience exchange for PhD and master students.
• Providing methodological assistance to doctoral students on publishing activity and working with international scientific databases.
• Coordination of the University's departments activities in the field of organizing fundamental and applied scientific research, research and development work, innovative activities of PhD and master students, increasing the volume and efficiency of scientific research.
• Integration of education, science and production through the use of scientific research in the educational process and the transfer of scientific developments of applicants to the relevant departments of the University for further registration of intellectual property rights and introduction into production.
• Interaction with scientific departments of other universities and research organizations on the training of highly qualified specialists.
