For Bachelor's degree

List of documents for admission to the Bachelor's degree:

• 1. Submit an application addressed to the Chairman of the Management Board - Rector of JSC "MUIT" by e-mail int@iitu.edu.kz with the provision of basic documents:
• 2. Notarized (Kazakh notary) certified copy of the passport with translation into Kazakh or Russian languages. The validity period of the national passport must be at least 2 years from the moment of entry into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• 3. The original of the certificate/diploma of graduation from a secondary school /college / university, an appendix to the certificate / diploma (transcript) of education indicating the disciplines passed, grades, etc.
• a. Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) is a certificate of full secondary education.
• 4. Notarized and apostilled translation of the certificate/ diploma of completion of secondary school / college, university, appendix to the certificate / diploma.
• 5. If available, send valid scanned copies of IELTS/TOEFL certificates:
  English: IELTS Academic (International English Language Testing System Academic) the threshold score is at least 5.5;
  TOEFL IBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-based test), the threshold score is at least 46;
  TOEFL PBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language Paper-based test), the threshold score is at least 453;
  TOEFL ITP (Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program), the threshold score is at least 460;
• 6. Medical certificate form 086-U. Certificates are issued upon arrival in Kazakhstan, after passing the appropriate medical commission. It is mandatory to have the seal of each doctor and the round seal of the medical institution in the lower left corner.
• 7. It is necessary to provide a fluorography image to the admissions committee;

For Master's degree

List of documents for admission to the Master's program:

Persons who have mastered the educational programs of higher education (bachelor's degree) are accepted to the master's degree program. Citizens applying for a master's degree submit the following documents to the University:

• 1. Application addressed to the Chairman of the Management Board - Rector of JSC "MUIT";
• 2. A copy of the identity document;
• 3. Document on higher education (original and appendix);
• a. Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) is a certificate of full secondary education.
4. Six photos measuring 3x4 centimeters (each photo is signed on the back side);
• 5. Medical certificate form 075/y in electronic format, approved by Order No. KR DSM-175/2020) (with a fluorography image for a period of no more than 12 months);
• 6. International certificate confirming proficiency in a foreign language in accordance with the pan-European competencies (standards) of foreign language proficiency are exempt from the foreign language CT test for the Master's degree in the following languages (original certificate of passing the program test, valid certificate, if available):
  English: IELTS (International English Language Tests System), the threshold score is at least 6.0;
  IELTS INDICATOR, the threshold score is at least 6.0;
  Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program (TOEFL ITP), the threshold score is at least 543 points;
  Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program (Internet-based Test (TOEFL IBT), threshold score – at least 60;
  TOEFL PBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language Paper-based testing), the threshold score is at least 498;
  German: Deutsche Sprachprufung fuer den Hochschulzugang (DSH, Niveau C1/level C1), TestDaFPrufung (NiveauC1/level C1);
  French: Test de Français International™ – (TFI (TFI) – at least level B1 in the reading and listening sections), Diplome d'Etudes en Langue française – (DELF (DELF), level B2), Diplome Approfondi de Langue française – (DALF (DALF), level C1), Test de connaissance du français – (TCF (TCF) – at least 50 points).
• 7. A list of scientific and methodological works (if any);
• 8. Resume with a photo.

For Doctoral studies

List of documents for admission to doctoral studies:

• 1. Application addressed to the Chairman of the Management Board - Rector of JSC "MUIT"
• 2. The applicant's application form;
• 3. Scientific proposal of the planned dissertation research, agreed with the prospective domestic or foreign scientific consultant (Kazakh/Russian/English);
• a. Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) is a certificate of full secondary education.
• 4. A copy of the identity document;
• 5. A document on education (bachelor's degree) (original and appendix);
• 6. Document on education (Master's degree) (original and appendix);
• 7. International certificate confirming foreign language proficiency in accordance with the pan-European competencies (standards) of foreign language proficiency (original certificate of passing the program test, valid certificate):
  English: IELTS Academic (International English Language Tests System Academic), the threshold score is at least 5.5;
  TOEFL IBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program), Internet-based Test threshold score – at least 46;
  TOEFL PBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language Paper-based testing), the threshold score is at least 453.
  TOEFL ITP (Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program), the threshold score is at least 460 points;
  German: Deutsche Sprachpruefung fuer den Hochschulzugang (DSH, Niveau2/level B2), TestDaF-Prufung (Niveau B2/level B2).
  French: TFI (Test de Français International) – at least level B2 in the reading and listening sections), DELF (Diplome d'Etudes en Langue française)  level B2, DALF (Diplome Approfondi de Langue française)  level B2, TCF (Test de connaissance du français) – at least 50 points.
  Persons who have a TOEFL ITP (Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program) certificate take additional English proficiency testing before the start of the doctoral entrance exam.
• 8. Medical certificate form 075/y in electronic format, approved by Order no. KR DSM-175/2020) (with a fluorography image for a period of no more than 12 months); In cases of restrictive measures, the introduction of a state of emergency, the occurrence of social, natural and man-made emergencies in a certain territory, a medical certificate is provided directly to the educational organization as these measures are lifted;
• 9. Six photos measuring 3x4 centimeters (each photo is signed on the back);
• 10. List of scientific publications for the last 3 calendar years, research plan;
