• The preventive vaccination card (form 063/Y) is located in the child's Health Passport
• A copy of the certificate of attribution, if available (for boys)
• A copy of certificates and diplomas for the last three years (prizes in significant events), certificates (IELTS 5.0+, TOEFL 35+)
