Qualification Requirements:

• The applicant must hold a higher and/or postgraduate education relevant to the academic and scientific profile of the department; an academic degree (Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)) and/or academic title (Professor, Associate Professor (Docent), awarded by an authorized body), or a PhD degree.
  
• The candidate must have at least 5 years of academic and teaching experience or relevant professional experience.
  
• A valid certificate in educational management obtained within the last 3 years (at least 72 academic hours per course) is required.

Applicants wishing to participate in the competition must submit the following documents:

• Free-form application addressed to the Chairman of the Board – Rector;
  
• Curriculum Vitae (CV);
  
• Copy of identity document (ID/passport);
  
• Copies of diplomas of higher and postgraduate education, academic degrees, and academic titles;
  
• List of scientific publications and inventions;
  
• Copy of a certificate confirming English language proficiency;
  
• Letter of recommendation (if applicable);
  
• Certificate from the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the presence or absence of a criminal record;
  
• Certificate from a narcological institution confirming the applicant is not under registration;
  
• Certificate from a psychoneurological institution confirming the applicant is not under registration.
