About myself:
Valery Alexandrovich graduated from Tomsk State University, candidate of physical and mathematical sciences; from 1976 to 1980 Senior Researcher at the Tomsk State university. Scientific direction of work - Mathematical modeling of processes in the mechanics of continuous media and biological systems. From 1980 to 2003 – head of Department of Higher Mathematics, at the Taurida Agrotechnological University (Ukraine). Scientific direction of work - theory of reliability and theory of queuing. From 2003 to 2018 - Director of the Department of Science at the Almaty University of Energy and Communications. The scientific direction of work is energy. From 2018 to 2019 - Director of the Center for Innovative Ecosystems, Association of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Scientific work:
More than 100 papers have been published abroad and in Kazakhstan on aerogasdynamics, combustion, electromagnetic effects on elements of biological systems, on the organization of repair services in Ukraine, on the reliability of mobile hydraulic systems, on improving the operation of energy systems and energy efficiency, on organizing a training system in Kazakhstan in areas of application of renewable energy sources.
Achievements:
Member of the Commission for the preparation of draft laws: "On Supporting the Use of Renewable Energy Sources", "On Energy Saving"; Member of the Scientific and Technical Expert Council under the Ministryof Power engineering on the formation of the scientific and technical program "Kazakhstan technologies of future energy at EXPO-2017" and the selection of projects submitted by Kazakh scientists at EXPO 2017 for the national pavilion "Kazakhstan"; Expert for program on the promotion of energy efficient technologies in lighting (2012-2017); - Leader of the "Road Map" project on the organization of a system of advanced training and improvement of the educational process in the field of renewable energy sources within the framework of project "Reducing the risks of investing in renewable energy sources in Kazakhstan (2019-2026); Executor of the project of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Standards and labeling of energy efficiency of electrical household appliances and equipment in Kazakhstan; Management in 2016-2017 of project "Kazakhstan: Study and preparation of a feasibility study for the modernization of the street lighting system in Semey and Ust-Kamenogorsk"; Leadership in 2016-2017 by a group of developers in the project and the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan - "Development of an interactive Atlas of solar resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan"; The Atlas of Solar Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan was demonstrated at the EXPO 2017; - An expert from Kazakhstan in preparing, together with the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (Austria), a report for the Ministry of Energy “Recommendations for the implementation of green building standards in Kazakhstan” (OSCE program, 2017-2018); Head in 2011-2013 republican project competitions organized by Chevron, in the direction of renewable energy and energy conservation among students, undergraduates and young scientists; Expert of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education in the field of energy (2005-2010); in the field of energy - 2019 Member of the working group under the Ministry of Education on the development of the "Concept for the development of science in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
