On March 3, a guest lecture was held at IITU featuring 2018 graduate Azamat Bolegenov, Head of Mobile Development at Bank RBK.
During the meeting, the speaker shared his professional experience and spoke about building a career in the banking sector — from the first steps after graduation to a leadership position in a major financial organization.
Special attention was given to the following topics:
— which IT fields are currently developing rapidly in banks;
— which skills and competencies are truly in demand;
— how students can obtain internships or practical training;
— how to build a step-by-step path from university studies to becoming an IT specialist in a bank.
The open dialogue format allowed students to ask questions, discuss current market requirements, and receive practical recommendations for professional development. The meeting became an important platform for understanding career opportunities in the financial sector and strengthening cooperation between the university and industry.
