IITU hosted the presentation of the project “Development of digital business communication service”, carried out within the framework of grant financing of commercialization of RNSTD, funded by the State Institution “Committee of Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan”
The aim of the project is to create a universal tool to optimize business communications and interaction with customers. The key features of the platform were presented at the event:
- Multifunctionality - integration of various communication channels.
- Automation - use of AI and chatbots for routine tasks.
- Security - data protection and privacy.
- Intuitive interface - personalization for businesses of any size.
Project manager Kaisar Alpysbaev noted that 3Beep will increase operational efficiency and productivity of companies. Product Manager Tamerlan Boranbaev emphasized the flexibility of the platform and its availability for various industries.
The participants highly appreciated the project, expressing interest in pilot implementations.
