From October 30 to 31, 2025, the 7th Forum “Open Data – 2025” (hereinafter – the Forum) was held, organized by the Association “University Consortium of Big Data Researchers”, Tomsk State University, and Kazan National Research Technological University.
Over seven years of development, the Forum has strengthened its status as the largest annual platform dedicated to integrating the academic community and leading IT companies for the implementation of applied and research projects. Special attention has traditionally been given to socially significant areas such as the development of education, improving the quality of life, and supporting regional development.
In 2024, the Forum attracted more than 400 participants from over 90 leading universities across various countries. The thematic sections featured 50 studies and projects based on artificial intelligence and big data technologies.
The 7th Forum “Open Data – 2025” retained its practice-oriented and scientific-educational format aimed at disseminating and scaling the best practices of cooperation between universities, businesses, and government structures. The business program included panel discussions, thematic tracks, and expert sessions dedicated to current trends in the development and implementation of digital solutions.
In addition to the business program, networking, expert, and exhibition zones were available, where participants showcased innovative developments, technological solutions, and projects aimed at strengthening partnerships and implementing joint initiatives.
The “Open Data – 2025” Forum reaffirmed its role as a key communication platform in the field of digital transformation, bringing together the scientific community, business, and government institutions to advance cutting-edge technologies and develop effective data management tools.
