As part of "International Safer Internet Day", an event for students was held on February 11, 2026, at 13:00, featuring the participation of representatives from the Department of Economic Investigations and the Almaty Police Department.
The speakers discussed major internet threats, ways to prevent them, as well as digital reputation, cyberbullying, and online responsibility.
The event program included not only informative presentations but also competitive, gamified, and interactive formats for engaging with students through practical tasks. Two competitive tasks were held as part of the event.
Following the results of each competition, first, second, and third places were awarded. A prize was also presented to the moderator for their participation in organizing and conducting the event.
