The basketball team of the International Information Technology University (IITU) has secured gold medals in the elite Division A following the 2025/2026 season.

The team demonstrated a high level of preparation and tactical dominance on the court throughout the entire tournament. Out of 18 games played, the university squad secured 17 convincing victories with only one loss. This outstanding result was made possible by cohesive teamwork, strict discipline, and the professionalism of the athletes.

Special recognition goes to the individual achievements of the IITU representatives. By the decision of the tournament organizers, our university members took home the season's key awards:

Best Coach of the Tournament — Rivkhat Babekenov

Tournament MVP (Most Valuable Player) — Artem Tugalev

Best Defender of the Tournament — Adil Dosov
