What Is ASIIN Institutional Accreditation?

Institutional accreditation by ASIIN is a comprehensive evaluation of the university’s entire internal quality management system—not just specific academic programs.
It includes:

  • Analysis of the university’s development strategy
  • Review of internal quality assurance systems
  • Assessment of organizational structure, governance, international engagement, and financial sustainability
  • Involvement of external experts and feedback from students, faculty, and administrative staff

How It Differs from Program Accreditation

  • Program Accreditation evaluates one or more specific degree programs
  • Institutional Accreditation assesses the entire university—including both academic and administrative structures
