A regional branch of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) - the IEEE Kazakhstan Section - has been officially established in Kazakhstan, opening new opportunities for the development of engineering, IT and high-technology competencies.
IEEE is one of the world’s largest professional engineering organizations, with more than 486,000 members in over 190 countries, renowned for its international conferences, standards, publications, and global network of experts.
As one of the main initiators and partners in the development of IEEE in Kazakhstan, the International University of Information Technologies (IITU) has become one of the key platforms supporting the establishment and growth of the new section. This highlights the university’s strong scientific and academic potential and its active role in shaping the country’s engineering and digital ecosystem.
