IITU was a co-organizer of the IEEE 4th International Conference on Smart Information Systems and Technologies (SIST 2024), held from 15 to 17 May 2024 at Astana IT University in Astana.

This event has become a significant platform for sharing knowledge and experience among scientists, businessmen, researchers, specialists and students from around the world.

Within the section “IT in education and research”, which was supervised by IITU, 25 papers were presented, including 14 local and 6 foreign papers, as well as 5 joint papers made in partnership with colleagues from Ukraine, USA, India, Germany and Poland.

We thank all participants and partners for their active participation and contribution to the development of IT education and science.
