The average monthly salary of IT professionals in Kazakhstan in 2024 has grown significantly, increasing by 54% and reaching 673 thousand tenge, according to the Ministry of Digital Development. This impressive growth not only confirms the high demand for IT professionals, but also reflects the competitiveness and attractiveness of working conditions in the IT sector. Over the year, the number of professionals working in the industry increased by 12%, totaling 187,000 people.
In order to strengthen the human resources potential of the IT industry and to train new highly qualified specialists, an ambitious Tech Orda program was launched in Kazakhstan. Its goal is to train 20 thousand IT experts by 2025, providing them with training in private IT schools. To date, more than 16 thousand people have already been trained under this program.
This initiative is aimed at providing the labor market with in-demand personnel and continuing the dynamic growth of the industry. IITU is also actively involved in training highly qualified specialists, offering not only quality education, but also practical skills that will ensure a successful career in the rapidly developing world of information technologies.
