On February 12, 2026, a meeting between students and representatives of ALSI Group was held at IITU. The event was organized to introduce students to internship and traineeship opportunities within the company during their studies, as well as to outline potential employment prospects after graduation.
During the meeting, company representatives provided information about ALSI Group’s areas of activity, organizational structure, and key projects. Special attention was given to candidate requirements, in-demand competencies, and professional skills relevant to today’s labor market.
The speakers presented real career trajectories of company employees - from interns to qualified specialists - allowing students to gain insight into possible paths of professional growth.
