Kassym Maulenov is a Doctor of Law, Professor at the International Information Technology University. He is a laureate of the Chokan Valikhanov Prize for the best scientific research in the humanities (2004), a Fulbright program scholar of the US Congress (2007–2008), and a member of several academic academies.
