On September 8, 2025, the faculty, teaching staff, and employees of the International Information Technology University (IITU) gathered to listen together to the annual Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to the people of Kazakhstan.

In this strategic document, the Head of State outlined the country’s priority development tasks: digital transformation and the introduction of artificial intelligence, the development of transport and logistics infrastructure and energy, the advancement of agricultural production and manufacturing industry, the attraction of investments, and the implementation of parliamentary reform.

These initiatives are directly aligned with the mission of the university. IITU trains specialists for the digital economy, advances scientific research in the fields of information technology and artificial intelligence, and nurtures a socially responsible young generation.

The IITU community fully supports the initiatives voiced by the Head of State in the Address and considers them as a foundation for the further enhancement of educational and scientific activities.
