Expanding Cooperation in Cybersecurity: Meeting with Zhejiang College of Security Technology
14.03.2025

In March, a meeting was held with Zhejiang College of Security Technology, a leading educational institution in the region specializing in cybersecurity and digital technologies. The college focuses on training specialists in key areas such as network security, data analysis, cryptography, and other fields related to information security. It actively collaborates with industrial enterprises and research centers, providing students with practice-oriented education and employment opportunities in China's top IT companies.

During the meeting, we presented our educational and research capabilities, shared our experience, and proposed extended cooperation with the Innovation and Technical College. Among the discussed initiatives were participation in IT Fest, the organization of joint Olympiads, and CTF competitions in information security and mathematics.

Additionally, we proposed organizing a summer school for college students, which would include language and cultural programs as well as specialized courses in high-demand fields. This initiative will allow students to gain additional experience and expand their knowledge in an international academic environment.

Furthermore, an agreement was reached for the college leadership to visit IITU for a reciprocal visit. During this visit, detailed discussions will be held on cooperation in faculty development and the mechanisms for enrolling college graduates into our university. This will be a significant step in strengthening bilateral collaboration and establishing a sustainable partnership in education and science.
