IITU Doctoral Student Dana Tsoy Received a Housing Certificate from Minister of Science and Higher Education Sayasat Nurbek

As part of the implementation of the President of Kazakhstan’s directive and in honor of Republic Day, Minister of Science and Higher Education Sayasat Nurbek solemnly presented housing certificates to 16 young scientists. Among the awardees was Dana Tsoy, a doctoral student of the International Information Technology University (IITU).


In his congratulatory speech, the Minister emphasized that the development of science and higher education in Kazakhstan is among the state’s key priorities, and creating favorable social conditions for young researchers is an essential mechanism for supporting talented youth.


“The work of outstanding scientists who have made a significant contribution to the development of national science has been duly recognized, and their achievements have become an example for the younger generation and a symbol of national appreciation,” said Sayasat Nurbek.


The achievements of talented doctoral students such as Dana Tsoy reflect the high academic standards and scientific potential of IITU. The university’s leadership actively supports young researchers by creating conditions for their professional and personal growth and engaging them in scientific projects, grants, and international initiatives.
