On September 5, the Assembly Hall of the Main Building hosted a festive event organized by the Department of Languages to mark the Day of Languages of the People of Kazakhstan.

The program included a quiz “Guess the National Melody,” a quiz “Guess the Language by the Phrase,” as well as a screening of a documentary fragment highlighting the languages spoken across the country.

The celebration was filled with national flavor, as many participants appeared in traditional costumes and ornaments. Students took part in the quizzes with great enthusiasm, guessing melodies and languages while also deepening their knowledge of the rich history and traditions of Kazakhstan’s many ethnic groups.

The event proved both educational and unifying, reminding participants of the enduring value of the country’s linguistic and cultural heritage.
