The IITU delegation, consisting of Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation Kateryna Kolesnikova, Financial Director Kaisar Alpysbayev, Dean of the Faculty of Business, Media and Management Ardak Mukhamedieva, and Head of the Department of Economics and Business Yerlan Shildibekov, took part in the 34th International IPMA Congress held in Berlin from September 17 to 19, 2025. This year, the event was dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the International Project Management Association.

More than 50 presentations were delivered by the participants on topics such as digitalization, leadership, innovation, and the role of modern PMOs. Over the course of three days, discussions across seven platforms focused on the trends shaping the future of project management today: sustainable development, AI tools, and the synergy of different methodologies for successful project implementation. Reports, expert presentations, practical examples, case studies, and scientific posters highlighted the crucial role of project management in addressing global challenges.

The participation of the IITU delegation in the IPMA Congress made it possible to establish new international professional connections, gain practical knowledge to improve the quality of educational processes and scientific research, as well as inspiration for developing programs and initiatives aimed at training specialists ready to work in conditions of global transformation.

Looking ahead, IITU will focus on applying the acquired experience, integrating new ideas into its educational and managerial processes, further expanding international cooperation, and launching new initiatives in the field of project management.
