On November 13, 2025, a meeting with Mohd Adli Abdullah, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Republic of Kazakhstan, was held at the International University of Information Technology.

During the meeting, prospects for cooperation in higher education, academic exchange, and opportunities for expanding collaboration between universities in the two countries were discussed. The Ambassador emphasized the need to strengthen the educational bridge between Kazakhstan and Malaysia, noting the importance of increasing student numbers and the significance of cultural exchange.
