On November 10, a bright and significant event - volleyball tournament SIRIUS CUP-2024 took place in the gym of IITU.

The opening of the tournament was decorated by the guests of honor - Azat Turlybekovich Peruashev, Chairman of Ak Zhol DPK, deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament, and Olzhas Yeltaevich Nuraldinov, Chairman of the AGF of Ak Zhol DPK, deputy of the Maslikhat of Almaty. In their speeches they expressed support for the initiatives of students aimed at the development of sports culture and popularization of a healthy lifestyle.
