A group of teachers from the International Information Technology University, consisting of Aidos Sarsenbaev, Yergali Dauletbek and Lyazzat Naizabaeva, completed a two-week course on big data in Spain, at the University of Santiago de Compostella, which is the coordinator of the entire project. During the courses, professors improved their skills in the modern field of big data, and are ready to develop new modules, transfer the acquired skills to students and teachers. The participants of training have already held a seminar for teaching staff of the IITU, where they shared their knowledge about technologies for working with text in big data, used both in working with big data and with modern search engines. The participants also spoke about the Center for Supercomputer Calculations "CESGA" and the Research Center of the University of Santiago de Compostela "CiTIUS".
