State-issued diplomas were canceled in Kazakhstan. Starting from 2021, each university in the country will issue individual documents.
The main task is to increase competition between higher education institutions.
The management of JSC IITU, preserving traditions and keeping up with the times, has developed a diploma of its own sample based on the current design of the diplomat with the addition of individual information, such as the logo and the name of the university, in the form of embossing on the cover of the letterhead and a single-color seal on the back of the letterhead.
Own sample documents of all types consist of:
1) hardcover size 224 x 160 mm (for diplomas of Candidate of Sciences and Doctor of Sciences - 310 x 155 mm);
2) insert size 210 x 150 mm (for diplomas of Candidate of Sciences and Doctor of Sciences - 310 x 110 mm);
3) Applications.
The cover of the document of your own sample is made:
1) blue color - for a state-issued document with honors;
2) burgundy color - for diplomas of Candidate of Sciences and Doctor of Sciences;
3) dark blue color - for all other state-issued documents.
On the cover of all types of state-issued documents are placed, made in golden color:
1) on top there is an embossed inscription in the state language: "Halykaralyk Akparattyk Technologiyalar University";
2) in the center is the logo of JSC "IITU" ;
Under the name of the type of state-issued document there is an embossed inscription:
"Uzdik" - for state-issued documents with honors;
- The forms of inserts and appendices to state-issued documents (appendices 1-30) are printed in a typographic manner (excluding data that is filled in manually or using printing devices).
- The forms of the inserts are printed on special paper with degrees of protection
- pale pink color - inserts of documents of their own sample with honors, for diplomas of candidate of sciences and Doctor of Sciences, as well as for documents of their own sample issued to individuals. The text of the inserts is printed in red ink;
- pale blue color - inserts for all other types of documents of your own sample. The text of the inserts is printed in blue ink.
Application forms are printed on white paper in black.
On the front side of the insert are placed:
- on top - the words "Halykaralyk Akparattyk Technologiyalar University";
- in the center is the image of the logo of JSC "IITU" ;
- the logo of JSC "IITU" is the name of the type of document of its own sample in the state language.
- On both inner sides of the insert of the state-issued document, an image of the logo of JSC IITU is printed in watermarks in the center.
- The content in the official language is indicated on the left inner side of the insert of the document of its own sample, and on the right side - identical content in Russian.
On the left inner side of the inserts of diplomas of Candidate of sciences and Doctor of Sciences, certificates of associate professor and professor, the content in the state language is indicated, and on the right side - identical content in Russian and English.
- On both inner sides of the insert of the document of its own sample with distinction, the words "Uzdik" and "With distinction" are printed in red below the name of the document type.
- Inserts of all types of documents of their own sample have a series and seven-digit numbers (by analogy with the numbering of the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan). The numbering for each type of state-issued document is uniform.
- The forms of the inserts of documents of their own sample should be drawn up in such a way that the entries made in them can be made in ink (ink) in large calligraphic handwriting or using printing devices.
