The Research Affairs Department is a structural unit of JSC "International Information Technology University"

The Research Affairs Department coordinates the participation of university scientists and faculty members in competitive research programs, grants from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other ministries and agencies. It also provides continuous consultation for applicants regarding the preparation of competitive documentation.

In addition to the general organization of participation in research competitions, the department carries out the following functions:

- Coordination and documentation support for individual research projects, starting from pre-contract negotiations with the Customer, including the approval of technical specifications, the project schedule, and the conclusion of the Research and Development (R&D) contract ;

- Participation in the preparation of budget applications in collaboration with project scientific leaders and the university’s financial departments ;

- Preparation and submission of reports on completed R&D activities ;

- Monitoring the progress and effectiveness of research and scientific-technical projects and programs .
