About the Department of Educational and Social Work -
main directions and goals



The Department of Educational and Social Work is a part of the International University of Information Technology, responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating activities aimed at creating a comfortable and safe educational environment. It was established in 2024 with the goal of fostering personal and professional growth among students, developing their social and leadership qualities, and assisting with career orientation.


Organizational structure
MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES


1) Organization of educational and social work with students at the International University of Information Technology, aimed at fostering an active civic position, social self-awareness, and personal development of learners.

2) Development and implementation of programs and events that promote the integration of students into university community life, including cultural, sports, and educational initiatives.

3) Ensuring collaboration with other structural divisions of the university, as well as with external organizations, on tasks and functions assigned to the Department. The procedure for interaction and servicing university departments is determined by the vice-rector for educational work and social issues.

4) Monitoring and analyzing students' needs in the field of educational work and social initiatives, as well as developing recommendations for improving the Department's work based on the collected data.

5) Conducting educational and training events to enhance the competencies of Department staff, as well as to form necessary skills in students in the areas of leadership, teamwork, and social responsibility.

6) Systematization and reporting on events and programs conducted, as well as evaluating their effectiveness according to established criteria.
