The Scientific and Technical Council of JSC "International Information Technology University" is a permanent consultative and advisory body that coordinates the research, innovation and project activities of the University.

The council includes leading scientists, heads of scientific centers and representatives of departments. On an annual basis, the STC summarizes the results of research activities and determines the priority vectors for the development of innovations.

The agenda of the STC meetings is formed by the Secretary of the Council on the basis of proposals from the heads of research projects, laboratories and relevant departments. All issues under consideration, including the examination of applications for grant funding and the evaluation of research results, undergo an open discussion and collective decision-making procedure.
