— Selection and adaptation: Search, assessment and hiring of the right specialists, as well as organizing the process of their comfortable immersion in work

— Identifying the need for new skills, organizing trainings, advanced training courses and forming a talent pool

— Motivation and evaluation: Development of remuneration systems, bonuses and social benefits packages. Conducting regular employee performance assessments

— Compliance with labor legislation when hiring, dismissing, applying for vacations, transfers and business trips

— Loyalty management, resolution of internal conflicts and organization of events for team building.
